Tips For Actors Who Can't Sing

Do you remember that young girl, Lin Miaoke, who sang during the Beijing Olympics ceremony, and realized that she was just fronting the real singer? Well, she came over to Hong Kong and ugh, without the original voice behind Ode To Motherland, her renditions of songs were reportedly a little off-key.

Her performance was held at apm Mall in Kwun Tong. Her renditions of Jingle Bells and Olympic tune You and Me were poorly received by the crowd. Her visit to Hong Kong was part of Christmas promotions by Sun Hung Kai, one of the largest property developers in Hong Kong and owns apm Mall.

She may have a beautiful face but if her voice isn't good enough for public performance, it might as well be better if she focused on where she's good at. She admits she is working on her singing skills but likes dancing more than singing. The singing talent should go to Yang Peiyi, who sang the Beijing Olympic song, but only fronted by Lin because the former wasn't deemed pretty enough to show up on stage. So many people thought that Lin was the girl with the beautiful face and with beautiful face. That half-truth would soon be known to many people.

For actors who try their skills in singing, whether they are in Hong Kong or elsewhere, think twice and I hope you'll learn from this. Anyone can sing but not everyone should sing in public.

Yang is hardly a dog. Was it because of her teeth that she was banned? Those are just baby teeth.
